The short version: this site collects nothing about you.
What the calculators do with your grades
All calculations run as JavaScript in your browser. The grades you enter are never sent to a server, because there is no server-side code to send them to; the site is static files. To let you close the tab and come back, the calculators save your rows in your browser's localStorage, which lives on your device and is readable only by this site in that browser. Clearing your browser's site data, or pressing the calculator's Clear button, deletes it. If your browser blocks storage, the calculators still work; they just forget everything when you leave.
Cookies, analytics, ads
None. No cookies are set, no analytics script is loaded, no advertising network is embedded, and no tracking pixels exist on any page.
Third-party requests
Pages load two fonts (Manrope and IBM Plex Sans) from Google Fonts. That request tells Google your IP address and the page you requested, as any font download would; Google's handling of it is described in Google's fonts privacy FAQ. If you block that request the site falls back to your system fonts and works identically. Links to Gumroad, Etsy and the official OUAC, AAMC and school pages take you to those sites, which have their own policies.
Hosting logs
The hosting provider that serves these files may keep standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security and capacity reasons, as every web host does. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors.
If you email [email protected], your message is kept as long as needed to reply and fix whatever you reported, and is not added to any list.
